Yard grading can be a simple solution to solving your water stagnation issues. Water can destroy your lawn and cause leaks or improper sinking of structural foundations. This customer had a water stagnation issue that created a mud pit in the center of his yard.

This new garage was built on a slope that graded into the foundation with no drainage on two sides. One side of the new structure was also a foot above the ground on the other side.

After grading 5 tons of dirt fill and 9 tons of base rock, drainage install, and rock & border install. The homeowners painted the garage themselves.
